Wouldn't it be fun if someone would remake a #Sun2 or #Sun3 with modern components as people seem to do of just about every toy system these days.
Even the schemas and PAL code is out there, afaik, so should be fairly easy ? Or ?

A long time ago, I worked at a speech recognition startup and used a
#sun3 pizzabox workstation. It had a nice monitor, but that model had
very little RAM, and couldn't run X windows and compile at the same
time. So, I used #emacs in console mode and had all the windows I
wanted. #memories
