I watched the first episode of #Vikings on #HBO yesterday. It is based on historical facts about how the Vikings lived and the myth of Ragnar Lodborg. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ragnar_Lodbrok?wprov=sfla1). One fact was their "GPS system" that helped them navigate on sea by the location of the sun at noon. When clouded they used a #sunstone to see the sun.
