-Are reasonably colorblind without denying real racism when it occurs
-Treat every person as an individual, not a member of a racial category
-They are against all forms of racism, including Woke neoracism
-Know that racism comes from putting social significance into racial categories where it doesn't belong
-Reject racial stereotyping, scapegoating, and discrimination
