I don't know where you are, but it's that easy here in the .

To replace a gas station than can refuel 100 cars/hour with that are capable of fast-charging (30mins) a 75 kWh pack, you need 50 at 150 kW each. And that's not accounting for the fact that charging is not 100% .

That's 7.5MW. If you're in that smallish town and call the power company and ask for a 7.5MW feed, they'll laugh and hang up.

Fun with : checking out how to get to in a particular mall, and street view had the parking lot, so I could "walk" ("drive"?) my cursor through the route to the superchargers. I saw them in the distance, and as I "approached" they disappeared, because apparently I entered in a zone of older photos.

Several in New York State are now open to CCS (non-Tesla) thanks to the NACS-CCS adapter. Elmo just wants one that sweet subsidy Uncle Joe has doled out. I can’t wait until this expands into the Dakotas and Wyoming where there’s not a DC fast charger in sight for a National Parks road trip. Download the Tesla app to use.
