Also, I am #fat, specifically a #superfat, and #fatphobia has colored my entire life. I have a congenital heart birth defect and asthma. I have spent a lot of time unlearning (and am still unlearning) #InternalizedFatphobia and #InternalizedAbleism, and am pretty fkn unapologetic about my body at this point.
