In Barcelona trafen sich im Frühjahr Vertreter*innen von 14 Städten und Gemeinden und stellten ihre Ideen zur Umgestaltung der Innenstädte vor. Wir waren dabei und begeistert, welche Engagements zu erleben waren.

@BrentToderian some things I've seen in #Barcelona that I really like:
- accessible, wide network of #PublicTransport (it could always be cheaper, more fluid, more extended, but I think all in all it does the job quite well)
- durable, weather resistant #gym installations in public parks: you can work out in nature while looking at the sea! Pretty neat and saves on the gym too
- #SuperIllas or #SuperBlocks: blocking car and other motor traffic off a big square of streets

@dmoser I love the #superillas and how they are transforming the city!
However, I don't understand why they used rendered videos instead of real footage... 🤔
You just need to take a stroll in one of these #superblocks to see how lively and nice they are! 😊

@dmoser I absolutely love the "#superillas" or #superblocks, they have made the city much more livable! They have brought #Barcelona's people even more in the streets. For a city with such fair weather it's fantastic.
