I have a superpower. I can be in a room with people talking over each other, Music is blasting loudly. If I have a book, sketch pad, kindle or similar, I will eventually look up and be surprised that I am in a space with people being loud at all.

However, if I have no distraction, I often feel stressed, nervous, anxious, and sometimes angry. I'll literally pick up and read anything to distract myself.
