Not sure what the opposite of #eduglow is, but I was at a training course today and one of the tasks was about SEND provison. The presenter, quite casually, said "think about things that you can practically do in your school because we know there is no support out there because of the broken system, but remember..." and she just carried on. How did we get to a situation where everyone knows its just shit. I'm fed up of my students being let down at every turn. #SupportTheTeacherStrikes
