Shipwrecked in 1815 on the coast of western Africa, the crew fights for survival in a hostile, brutal land, suffering enslavement and lived to tell the tale. In other news, on my way back home from the ophthalmologist,
I stepped in to the local library which was on the way and fixed my library card login problem. I can now read tons of newspapers and magazines via my Munich library account, watch cinematic specialties via streaming at https://muenchen.filmfriend.de and get physical books, CDs and DVDs. All for 20€/year. #SupportYourLibrary

Spent the afternoon at the library reading and doing some Hebrew study and I had forgotten just how helpful a library visit can be. I read half a book (100 pages) and did nearly a whole chapter of Hebrew (what would have taken me 2 days minimum at home).
