PS: There's a recent report of a study that claims that surgical masks are as good as N95s for protecting health workers but the results of that study have been questioned.
I'm still wearing a KF94 or N95 regardless.

I mainly use the KF94 because it's easier to put on/take off with the ear loops but, if I'm somewhere where I think a greater precaution is required, I'll wear the N95.
When I've gone to a hospital or medical office, they tell me that I still have to wear one of those blue surgical masks.
However, they let me put the surgical mask over what I'm already wearing which just makes the rule meaningless.
