Stevie Ray Vaughan had his 'Number One' - currently this is mine.
It's a 2018 Surly Karate Monkey, mostly stock, but I swapped out the bars and saddle. I have the stock 27.5" wheel set running 3" Dirt Wizards and I built a 700/29" wheel set that is running 47mm WTB Riddlers.
It gets me anywhere I need to go, and even some places I didn't know I needed to go, but end up being happy to get to.
