@Itssaggy I’d like to develop a way to collect, aggregate, and anonymize health data from/about family members.

Initially I’m thinking just a 1 time survey where each row is a separate diagnosis and treatment text box, and the user can add an arbitrary number of rows.

I had trouble finding this functionality on #SurveyMonkey does anyone know of free survey software that will allow the person being surveyed to add a custom answer-object?

Does anyone know a better survey tool than survey monkey? The IPs they use are block listed - sending to spam. For one survey a year to a small number of users, I don’t want to use their enterprise plan 🙄#survey #email #surveymonkey
