One funny thing is that I think Liz probably ends up losing if George had listened to her and kept Nina! Or at least it would've been much closer, but I think Nina could've taken it!

In the end, the best of the remaining 3 players won. And based on what we saw of Tribal Council, I completely agree! Congrats once again to Liz!

Matt was doing pretty well til George asked him for a move that wasn't instigated by George & the best he could do was an idea for a move that didn't happen. 🤦‍♂️

I mentioned that all 3 rode George's coattails to the end. But Matt & Gerry were viewed by most that way, yet did nothing to change that viewpoint. Liz had the best Final Tribal Council & asserted she had done more and convinced literally everyone.

But Liz did a better job of claiming it. From what we saw, Matt was flummoxed & didn't know how to respond, even though we saw him ALL SEASON talking about the plan of him & Gerry going with George & cutting him at the end!

I thought Gerry had some good answers, even confirming with George. But then the muscleheads blamed him for not getting to know them after they put HIM at the bottom of the alliance.

But from my perspective, I wanted the cherry on top of a George win! Plus it would've proven Simon to be a great prognosticator when he said if they didn't vote out George early, he'd go all the way.

I'm annoyed the jury bought into the idea that Liz voted George out. ALL of them did. Liz did a better job claiming it in Tribal Council, but she wasn’t the lone vote! If anything, Matt probably influenced Gerry.

I never would’ve guessed George could make it to almost the end again, let alone that he’d be the last returning player remaining! That was a hell of a feat in and of itself!

The final 3 all rode George’s coattails to the end in one way or another. Yes, Liz & Matt has immunity wins but all of them were hiding behind George. And they made the obviously right decision to cut him before the end.
