48 followers · 185 posts · Server tkz.one🤯 Hoy en día quizá habría que reconsiderar o matizar estas palabras, porque la existencia o aparición de las IA puede suplantar determinada información visual y dotarle de un realismo pasmoso que, en conjunción con la sobreinformación de las redes, puede viralizarla y convertirla, a nuestros ojos, en una realidad posible. Cuanto menos, se nos puede confundir y hacernos dudar.
📷 En tiempos de Susan Sontag y antes, desde que se pudieron documentar gráficamente algunos de los episodios más importantes de nuestra historia y hacerlos públicos, la fotografía y/o el audiovisual se convirtieron en un referente de realidad y una manera de fijar con cierta veracidad lo que en verdad sucedió. Y, ¡ojo!, que, al igual que en cualquier arte, se puede establecer un lenguaje entre emisor y receptor que sea distorsionado y reemplace el mensaje original por uno completamente opuesto.
🌍 Así y todo, creo que, sea a través de las palabras o las imágenes, cuantos más puntos de vista sobre la realidad haya sobre la mesa, a disposición del ciudadano, más específica y veraz será la composición que éste se podrá hacer del mundo en el que vive. Y me viene a la cabeza aquella frase tan certera que dice que "la información es poder" y que tantos gobiernos, instituciones y religiones han usado en su propio beneficio.
🧠 Lo que está claro es que caer en el olvido es fácil. Sobre todo si dependemos única y exclusivamente de la memoria individual o colectiva, porque, si algo se ha comprobado es que, incluso aquellos recuerdos que creemos nuestros pueden incluso haber sido creados artificialmente.
