Lots of patients presenting at children’s ward recently with wheeze/asthma exacerbation. My #nursing contribution to #sustainablehealthcare is supporting children with good inhaler technique. Good technique helps to keep symptoms under control, reducing risk of future hospital admission. Hospital admission has a high carbon footprint, unpleasant for patient, and costly.
