Assuming sincerity, many people misconstrue what they claim are my personal ideologies of how to live ecologically , with the general populations ideologies regarding how they want to continue living ecologically unsustainable lifestyles.

That is evidently flawed reasoning.

By definition, people that want to live ecologically unsustainable lifestyles are subjectively ideological. I'm explaining what can be objectively achievable, if so many were not ideological.

There are people that even when you refer to the evidence that shows how to live an ecologically sustainable lifestyle, they ignore that evidence & say, to paraphrase, "we're screwed!".

Their personal idealogy does not align with living (a personal conflict of interest)

A person hears that burning fuel is harmful for people & planet. But, they choose to take part in recreational fuel burning activities, what are they?

I really want to learn to and do it but that always felt like a much harder space to get into than just generalized. Maybe I'll see if I can't find any guided hunts.

I'll teach myself firearms but I really don't want to mess up hunting and would love some hand holding

Are you wondering why many people seem to be not concerned about change? Well, their solution is to be completely delusional 😀

Fancy watching some hope-inspiring business people reassure you that everything will be alright 🤔

Well then, watch the professional greenwashers in this as they try to convince you, and maybe themselves, that their "hungry" fuel-consuming can fly docplus.com/series/future-forw

There is a proven way to live a (relatively) low impact, low carbon, lifestyle - that will also provide fresh for the local community plus sustain local biodiversity

BUT, unsustainable as usual ( & ) is making it difficult! for the people that want to, to live .

The barriers are - not fit for purpose planning authorities & .

There is a way for people to provide for themselves, & a communities social, & requirements.

A low impact lifestyle that will vastly reduce emissions whilst also sustain & restore (variety of life).

What's stopping us?

The main barriers are political & (money) Land is expensive & planning policies are not encouraging sustainable living (in general, quite the opposite)

First, how we live climatejustice.social/@empiric

I don't trust what any private business with a profit (biased) agenda says.

" has been seriously underestimating the footprint of plane flights, and overestimating that of some train journeys"

The Climate Question: Can we trust Google’s carbon footprint calculations? (Spoiler. Absolutely not)

Imagine if social media had a lot of media content, on every platform, that explained the inherent dangers associated with burning fuels, for example, change &

And

Explained the alternative solutions to not burning fuels.

And

Showed images, films, art, etc, that depicted the healthier, more social (cooperative), more equal & generally less stressful - future civilisation it's going to take to live .

People have to want it!

I've got stuff & l want to keep that stuff & even get bigger & better stuff - is how many capitalists think about .

Maybe a capitalist can prove me wrong by promoting ?

From the industrialised perspective (e.g., privileged), what ethical people mean by degrowth, is shrinking their harmful industries & helping less industrialised economies to develop . For example, by conserving & restoring their sustainable methods (+ tech,)

"mission to create tasty, animal-free protein that has a low carbon footprint"

Someone should inform Grossmann that that food already exists. And we can produce food by working with, not against, nature

Maybe agroecology isn't catching on in the capitalist eco-chamber because it doesn't align with the "mission" to make a profit, to copy "right" a technology.

Star Trek was a TV show that wasn't based on the science of ecology (Nor fundamental physics)
