Bit of #parkrun tourism at #SuttonManor in #StHelens today. The course goes out past the #Dream sculpture, does a hilly loop, then back again. There's a killer 3-stage climb just before a final downhill to the finish on the way back. Sutton Manor is reclaimed land from an old colliery from the Lancashire Coalfield. There were about 50 participants today, which is fairly typical.
