We had a long but inspiring and successful committee meeting on Sunday.

The program hasn't been finalised, but it is available to see, it has been a while since a Swancon has had a program pretty much tacked up this early (it still requires some writing up and times may be subject to change but it's solid - except for the gaming stream and we are so on that.) and the next newsletter has also just been sent out.

On the boardgames side of things (which is what I'm looking after with rdm) we're starting to nail down the gaming side of the program. Various groups are getting back to us with times and events which makes it difficult to have the gaming program actually up in any detail. But Game On Mandurah and Tactics and WABA are finalising stuff with us now, as well as others. My aim is to be going to get the gaming program nailed down by the end of February.

Remember to tell your friends that Saturday 15th April is a *$2 entry day for people that have never been to a Swancon before* and it's bound to be popular.
