Hubs always thought it was adorable that our cats patiently stare at me when I’m up past my bedtime. “Aw! They care about you getting enough sleep!”
No. They. Don’t.
They want me to go to bed. They will even snuggle up to me to make sure I go to sleep… and then they tear around the house, walk on every forbidden surface (counters, tables, TV cabinet, etc., knock over plants, climb the screens, knowing I can’t see them committing the crimes. Next morning, paw prints everywhere. #SweetKitties
