1/ at the ! Went to the on , MA yesterday to first relax, then go open ocean for fun and . Watched this ominous storm move by us for a couple of hours. Before the , the wind began shifting dramatically (bringing the rain clouds toward us). A driving rain began partway into my swim and I finished in the rain— no problem, already wet!

When the grandkids asked about my swimming, I told them I was able to swim the 25 yards in one breath. "Wow, you're good," the 10-year-old said. This makes me irrationally happy.

Today, I went to a less esthetically pleasing pool, but it's a standard 25 yards rather than the NOACC 20 yards. It's like stretching out after being cramped into a box. No kicking again-I"m still uncertain about my lower back. But I can swim the 25 yards in one breath with no kicking. Which I started so I wouldn't have to twist to breath (back concern again). But now it's become a fun breath exercise.

As the rolled in and darkness fell, I relaxed on this wonderful and enjoyed one of the last few warm summer evenings by the here in . I was at my favourite lake again today at night & went swimming naked. I was alone under the starry sky, which you could see at least to a limited extent, & the cigades were chirping.

Everything would have been fine if my cat hadn't had the idea of wanting to come along (outdoor cat). After I left him in the flat, he went through the cat flap & started me outside. He ran after me on the bike. Had to lock him up at home. Now we are both happy together at home.
