This is an ancient bathing spot opposite Guys Cliffe House near Saxon Mill.
I've been swimming here since Jan 2020, I started open water swimming as I wanted to acclimatise myself for Wolf Run & just kept swimming.
I love how it helps both my mental & physical health, this spot is so relaxing & we always have a laugh. The cold water helps with my chronic pain and with my broken foot this exercise is just what I need.

Had a lovely swim on Thursday night after work.
The water was 9°c, my Temperature Crab is always 1°c out no idea why.
Sadly Otto's light wasn't working he's solar powered. So I put my head torch on him to light him up.
Chris P always come swimming with me and I have a donut tow float so he can sit in it.
Was in for about 14 mins though took about 6 mins to fully get in 🤣
