And if the past is prologue, Cannon just might do it. I don't believe it's possible to secure a conviction in Cannon's court, so maybe it would be best for Special Consel #JackSmith to dismiss the #documents case and focus solely on the #January6th case. Either that or Smith should move for Cannon's #recusal.

As you say, Pence tried to find a way to violate the Constitution and overturn the election.

When he couldn't, he still tried to help Trump's coup succeed, by concealing it from authorities.

After Trump's coup failed, and Trump tried to have Pence assassinated, Pence continued supporting Trump. He still supports Trump today.

Pence has absolutely no moral standing whatsoever.
