Similar arrangement but different expression to his masterpiece at 17 Wilde St Potts Pt - both 4 apartments/fl off 2 separate lifts, this one much glassier on NE face to harbour, face brickwork, colour🧵

‘Sea Dawn’ a classic red texture brick 3 storey walk up #sydneyapartmentbuilding opposite Marks Park in Bondi.
Brick generally in excellent condition- even a hit & miss screen wall to the street!
A bit of concrete cancer to attend to however.

Have long admired this #sydneyapartmentbuilding, obviously it’s acute urban setting, but also it’s skilful massing & geometric resolution, its window design, it’s architectural confidence
