Today (in UTC) my goal is to use #'with-open-file :if-exists :append with #'write-byte to put some audio in a disk location, and then if it works, maybe #'alexandria:copy-stream or something to dump the file into /dev/snd0 or w/e if I can remember how to do this without aucat (failing that, just a call to openbsd aucat(1) which is what you're supposed to do on openbsd).
