I am definitely too much of a #roland fanboi. 😎 And I don't even know why exactly. Why oh why do I have a VIRTUAL analog #system1m when I could have had an ACTUALLY analog #pro800 instead. All I can say in my defense: 🤷

I don't know, this #system1m just doesn't make me happy. Maybe something is wrong with me? This is the best "normal" synth sound I've been able to coax out of it so far. And it's not like I can't get that out of my #mc707 by itself. Actually I'd have another LFO and a bunch more filter/effect options on that thing. How does it sound to you? Here's some random sound I dialed in using those funky green knobs and sliders. I fiddled with cutoff and resonance a bit while recording. Bad 909 drumming and cheesy chords, you have been warned. So far I am NOT convinced of the #system1m super powers. Actually, I am pretty disappointed. But I'll give it a few more days at least.

I don't understand why I am such a #roland fan boy. I could be getting into something else, like maybe that cute old #Nord Drum or maybe even some evil new #Behringer gear. But no no no, I am seriously talking to someone selling their #roland #system1m and I already KNOW that without a Windoze box or a Mac I won't be able to make full use of it. But ... I just love the idea of all those glowing knobs!
