i have a bunch of people i'd really like to get presents for this year, and i feel like i don't know where to begin, but i also want to make sure L has things to open xmas day because the one year we couldn't really afford to i know she was really sad. i've been adding lego sets i think she had her eye on to my wishlist to get started, just since i know that much at least

The thing that really helped me to start to understand my fellow #headmates in my dissociative #system was just trying to find out what music we all liked. Music taste was the neutral ground we all needed to start to think of ourselves as something beyond our worst instincts. "Yes, i know you're angry, but what do you like to scream along with when you are?"
