or alternatively use the excellent #AddOns #TreeStyleTab or #Sidebery

Fwiw, i use both browsers, since a long time. #Vivaldi has many superb *unique* attractions [eg, #TabTiling is wonderful], but scrollable tabs ain't one of them.
