Jag är hemma igen, efter dagens operation. Allt gick bra, förutom att det var lite försening på sjukhuset. Men vad gör väl det, när sjuksköterskorna, bemöter mig, på ett fantastiskt bra sätt. Tack för svensk sjukvård.

Don't "change tact." "Tact" is sensitivity in dealing with people or situations, related to "tactile." To "tack" is to change a boat's course, from fasteners used to secure sails. So when we change approach or direction, we "change tack."

I forgot how heavy those damned #Purple #mattresses are; spent all afternoon hauling their #broken #frame out and replacing it with a #new one. The #welds are shameful; just a tack on one edge and the remaining three sides just hangin' out -- as shown here. The near #support shows the lack of welds, the weld being faced away from the camera, the far one has a #tack visible and the remaining sides not welded.
