If I put this lid on a cooking pot it makes whatever I am cooking a tagine.... Even if I serve it with chips!
So, this is a chicken, chorizo and black bean tagine flavoured with harissa, cumin and coriander seeds and a couple of dates. Garnished with flat leaf parsley and some Moroccan black olives.

I got the recipe from a cookbook, and these have basically been copied and pasted out of the recipe book I think? It's a really great book, it's called "Vegetarian Tagines and Couscous" by Ghillie Basan.
