Going to be #tailwalker for the first time at a #parkrun on Saturday. As I'm the last one, I hope there's nobody super slow walking ;)

Can't run so was #tailwalker at #parkrun today #Armleyparkrun. A very wet one I was happy when it was over! Even walking is a bit painful at the mo. Chris marshalled which I always think is the worst #parkrunVolunteer role in pouring cold rain

Nous avons eu 53 participants ! (Record à 54)

J'étais #Schlussbegleitung ce matin, #tailwalker en anglais, bref, j'étais la marcheuse-balai :) en charge d'accompagner les coureurs/marcheurs les plus lents et passer la ligne d'arrivée la dernière, ils ne seront ainsi jamais les derniers.

J'adore le samedi matin :)
