There's a couple trails I want to try near Ruth Lake, so I'd like to know if there's anything else I should hike while I'm in the area.

AllTrails: Ooh, there's this one trail waaay off to the east.

HikingProject: There's the National Recreation Trail just the other side of the ridge, but that's it.

Why when people ask which hiking app they need for trails, I tell them how to get a good map.

Any recommendations for hikes near Ruth Lake?

At 46, I feel myself caring less about what others might think and more about speaking my inner truth to the world, wanting to let others know they aren't alone if they feel similar things.

We aren't taught to express ourselves nearly enough - we're taught to live within tight, rigid boxes of behavior instead, and it's slowly killing our spirit.
