IMO, the phrase "single party state" should be ubiquitous in US political discussions.

Republicans may not admit to their rabid fascist and White supremacist side, but they openly drool and fawn over the thought of destroying Democrats and establishing a single-party state.

Like naive toddlers, they fantasize that sole control will bring great power, convenience, and dodge all the messiness of democracy.

Call it out. That poison needs to be labeled and addressed.
