Have made my #parkrun decision for this week. My home run is still off due to the council doing work in the park which means that my fallback run will be silly busy. So I will be visiting the parkrun at #Parke which allegedly has a killer hill. It will be interesting to see if that hill is as vicious as the one at #TamarTrails where I ran last week.

Another visit to the beautiful #TamarTrails #Parkrun this morning. It's not my closest venue, but it really is worth a trip.

Aside from how beautiful this place is, I feel like I'm improving here. After a long period of poor fitness, I'm seconds away from doing the 5K within 30 minutes again (30:17).

Excited to try a new #ParkRun this morning; instead of #PlymValley we're trying #TamarTrails for a change of scenery.
