53 followers · 604 posts · Server mastodon.sdf.orgOK Mastodon, anyone successfully using a deGooglefied phone with a #CGM app? i wear a #DexcomG6 using and a #TandemDiabetes #tSlim2 using the #tConnect app, all on #iOS. i’m maybe 2 years out on a new phone, and would very much like to get away from Apple and Google, but i’m worried these apps might not work on #GrapheneOS or #eOS. they exist for #Android, but seem pretty persnickety about versions. boosts welcome, especially if you know any #T1D / #T1diabetes nerds. ✌️

I'm very excited that the #Dexcom G7 has received FDA clearance. As a #Type1Diabetic I'm always looking forward to new and improved technology to help me manage my #Diabetes. Now, it is just waiting on #Tandem to update the #tslimX2 to be compatible. If they say it is not, I feel that's going to be a cash grab, as the current pump already is capable of OTA software updates.
