No #bjj students this morning. That's kind of a bad thing about living an hour away. But I got to do some #tangsoodo drills by myself. I remembered some things! And I routinely reference the TSD c step and belt snap in teaching one of my favorite guard passes where you use your hip to bump their feet off and do a sort of leg drag (c step to knee on belly) or similar pass. I miss cross training!

Working on height for a double jump front snap kick. In every single photo I’m making a goofy face, but that doesn’t matter as long as I break the boards in June.
