Tell me

Go daily dint of
Trials and tribulations
This thing we
Know as life
Blinders
Carefully affixed
In place
Ignore -ant
Blithe unconscious
Be -ing
As I see you
Faithful wont to do
Tell me please
Just how I may so
Happily achieve
This too
Attain this grace
And reach this place
Somnambulant
Consciousness eschew
For even in my
Slumber deep my dreams
Enliven muscle
Mass and memory
Entwine with
Each and every
Nerve and sinew
Brain waves reach
Deep quantum level
Explode in
Purposed sleepwalk
Boldly through
The motions
Of superior meaning
Broken shell some
Sham protection
Exposed and open
Affect feign
Wake up!

Sculpted self

These days differ
Arrant complete
From pre and proscribed
Expectation
Annoying incessant
Persistent presence
So troubling
My life long
Inner voice clearly
Confirms commands
‘Kitchen duty ends
When I am done
And not when
Scolds of old would
So apprise’
Bright light joy
Infused
Doing fully just
This or that
Particular thing
Fully engrossed
Engaged accumulating
Sums of parts more
Consequential
Entire unbroken chanting
Granting peculiar
Rhythmic cadence
Mine
Mine
Mine alone
Have its way and sway
Shake loose
Crumbling decay
Fall away
Break down
And rend apart
Everything
Not wholly me
