@mustapipa It may be that this cluster was formed in an HII region / Ambarzumian association similar to the Tarantula Nebula en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarantul . Many 'irregular' galaxies have such regions, possibly formed by the destabilizing effect of tidal forces. Lots of hot blue stars that burn out quickly to become supernovas.

The Tarantula Nebula is a very bright & large H II region in the Large Magellanic Cloud, situated 160000 light-years far. It’s the most active region known in the Local Group of galaxies!
