For dinner, my wife treated me with a very special quiche.
In the filling are #GarlicFlowers and fresh #tarragon shoots. The tarragon is not chopped up, so you get nice bursts of aniseed in the mouth with every other fork.
There is usually just this one shot at a good recipe with the garlic flowers a year. This was perfection (which might not be reflected in my photo).😉

Made #chicken with #tarragon. Used an electric chopper and an inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc (8 Rios) from Chile. First time, had skillet heat one notch above Low, astounded how tender the flavourful chicken is

A little update on my #mustard mission. I've made a new batch and used more vinegar this time. It became even better! Now I'm gonna make one just with yellow mustard #seeds, after that I'm creating a nice one with #tarragon and one with a nice #honey we brought from #portugal. Nomnom.
