Use any sourdough starter for this recipe and use any of your preferred wholemeal flour to replace the flour I use. I have started off my next 2 sourdough loaves tonight. The Mulika berries have been milled and the flour has been scalded. The levain has been prepared. Use any sourdough starter for this recipe (but I would recommend making your own Tartine starter - 50% strong white flour, 50% wholemeal flour and 100% bottled or filtered water).
