Some highlights from last night's tasting menu (note these were 2 of 8 dishes. All with wine pairings!)
The most standout was surprisingly the sourdough break with a rutabaga spread, and a side of in house lavender sausage 🤤
Followed extremely closely by the fermented leek... Pudding? With fermented berries and a tart drizzle
Restaurant was Actinolite located in Toronto. Easily one of the best menus we've had in the city! (And a top 5 globally!)

Tonight I visited Six by Nico in Finnieston with @lordofthemoon. The theme was "The Chippie'" which meant I finally got a chance to try (a slightly civilised version of) a deep fried Mars bar.
My favourite savoury dish was probably the Coley. I liked the miniature piece of deep fried Mars bar but I couldn't have eaten more of it.
