My kids (13 and 16 yo) are Japanese, but born and live in the US, and this is their 3rd or 4th times in Japan. When we went to a restaurant yesterday, they got on the tatami style seats without removing shoes, it was interesting for us 🤔
BTW, we remove our shoes in our home in PA, but I guess they never went to a real Japanese style restaurant, but they speak fluent Japanese 😉

1- mouvements au sol de type étirements-relaxation, focale sur la sensation interne (l'état dans lequel tu te sens dans ton corps)
2- mouvements répétés avec un jo (faire des figures avec un "bâton") + tenter de conserver l'état ressenti lors des mouvements au sol
3- mouvements avec un partenaire par jo interposé + la sensation de relaxation + perception de la qualité du contact / de la relation d'accompagner-soutenir le partenaire
