#LandTax is supposed to be 15% of what you might get as #rent if you rented the property.
This is designed to spread the #tax load over the #extremelyWealthy, who have land that is a lot more #productive and/or in the expensive areas, when compared to most peoples' land.
Currently we are being forced to pay more because the extremely wealthy use phony #profitLoss statements, #blindTrusts, #taxhavens and other tricks.
There is a fairer system kept hidden.

Maybe determine whether you want to adopt #LandTax so the mega-#corporations cannot avoid paying #tax using offshore #taxHavens. Which can then be spent on #healthcare and a #UBI?
This is the time to have the big discussions, its very likely there will not be another chance in your lifetime to get control back from the psychopathic, vampiric corporatists and bloated finance sector that discriminate against black neighbourhoods.

Given your opposition to the #billionaireClass you may be interested in the #HenryGeorge model of #taxation, which taxes land based on its improved (aka #rentalValue) and abolishing #incomeTax.
That tax will force them to relinguish some of their many investments and #landHoldings, which forms part of their #monopoly over govts.
You can't hide land in #taxHavens ;)
