Pres Biden’s son #HunterBiden has reached a tentative agreement w/federal prosecutors to plead #guilty to 2 minor #TaxCrimes & admit to the facts of a #GunCharge under terms that would likely keep him out of jail, acc/to court papers filed Tues.

Any proposed #PleaDeal would have to be approved by a fed judge, and it was not immediately clear what day #HunterBiden might appear in court to enter his #GuiltyPlea.
