Thomas Jacquelinet #tcrno9cap168 finished a few hours ago. After completely doing his own thing between CP2 and CP3. Still wondering what's the story there.

Mikko Mäkipää @mkpaa made it to CP4, only 3 riders behind him before the checkpoint closed. Not sure how tight it was, but he's still in the race and on the home stretch. So we keep on watching him until the end. Will he ride back into Macedonia? Or even Bulgaria, just for giggles?

Why is Thomas Jacquelinet #tcrno9cap168 riding the outlier route through Serbia? Is he trying to avoid altitude meters in south Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro? The Adriatic coastal road seems a faster option to do that.

He does know he needs to go to Albania for CP3 right? Because now he's on a straight line from CP2 to the finish.

Or maybe he just really likes to be on his own.

#TCRNo9cap168 ist grad da, #TCRNo9cap58 kommt demnächst und nördlich vom Lago d'Iseo sind schon die nächsten Richtung Po-Ebene unterwegs.
