@rwatt @malte No. If you want to use stock RELEASE versions, use freebsd-update, it's the simplest way. Using source is only needed when you want to change build-time options (which I do, e.g. to leave out , , and a few other things from base).

has this unsuspend first editor job of filename in $editors/$EDITOR/$VISUAL command thingie, by default bound to M-Z or [Z but recommended to bindkey "^Z" run-fg-editor, but neither binding works for me. anyone help?

Another night of configuring . oh my 馃槀 One drawback is its awkward error reporting. I mistakenly made a typo in my .cshrc, it showed Mysterious info to me and w/o a line number. XD
