Yay! I had some time to spin. First time I spun on my selfmade spool spindle. It was a lovely spin! The small roving is out of a phat fiber box a few years ago.

It's feeling less inflamed, but I'm definitely missing some of the range of motion I had before this... attack. I can try and build that back up, but at least I can do the necessary pinching motions for drafting and releasing twist without feeling like I'm doing further damage. Still, twinges...

Hmph. Unscheduled rest-day, I think. My right thumb has turned really, really evil. Drafting fiber seems to hit the irritated portion of the joint in exactly the wrong way.
