People can read the Bible or hear someone talk about God, but their lives never transform. Why?

We are the sign for others to see Him; but that can only happen if we have intimacy with the Lord and are willing to go through our death to self process, just as Paul said,

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me;” (Gal 2:20).

Unless we look like God, the world will never see Him. God’s character and nature have to be revealed through us so others will desire to know Him and follow Him.

The teaching of the earth comes from the enemy, Satan. He is mentioned as the god of this world and only gives man’s wisdom. Therefore it is important to learn from prophets and apostles who receive the secrets of God (Amos 3:7), which come from above, to be imparted into us.⁠

My #guitar lessons cost me £64 a month. Past me would not have paid that. But they’ve been a real joy and I usually give up on things like this and having to pay a physical person to #teach me keeps me going.

I’ve tried paid apps into the past and I don’t have the same kind of guilt when I miss a #lesson as I do with an actual person.

Gosh I hate starting a new job.

I'm always so insecure that I'm doing a terrible job.

Part of that is because training is rarely adequate. There is a difference between knowing how to do something and being able to #teach it.

But somehow I internalize that disconnect as a personal failing.

I just learned I was renewed as a #Microsoft #MVP! My first was in 2014, and it's been an amazing 10 years getting to #teach and #learn together. Here's to another 10 more. #MVPBuzz

I have to prepare a 20 min mini class for a teaching workshop. I have more than five years experience teaching, so I'm very confident in my didatics.

I'm however not very confident in my German skill, therefore I'll probably have to run a less interactive and less entertaining class than I could, to accommodate for what my language level allows me to do.

A classic example is the slide full of text: I never do that in English, but I might need to in German 😪
