After hours of sitting at the desk if feels really good doing some sideward leg raises (like in youtu.be/E1RKH17n8Sc?t=132) to re-activate the hip muscles. Doing 10+20+30+40=100 of these (per side) takes only 5 minutes and instantly makes you feel better. Also it improves your Paldung / Dollyo / Yeop Chagi :)
