Earlier this year I began to realise I am likely ADHD, leading to a journey of self-diagnosis. This week I shared that journey with my team at the Environment Agency and I am so pleased I did - I've had nothing but support and understanding, and now I feel more empowered to be myself. I feel so privileged and proud to work with such great colleagues #TeamEA
