Years ago, I stopped mentioning working late hours in my standup and team meetings because it was indirectly creating pressure on others to do the same.

Following the policy of sending no emails, git commits, and slack messages during non-work hours. It took years to understand what it could do the team culture.

Lets not glamourize working late or long hours.
